1. Scope and Intent

My Tools is an unpublished, private application used exclusively for personal server automation, local logging, and personal productivity workflows. It is not intended for public commercial use.

2. Google API Data Access and Usage

This application accesses the Google Account using secure OAuth authorization. Depending on the local modules enabled, the app may interact with: Google Gmail / Drive / Docs / Sheets / Calendar / Tasks / YouTube Data: Read/write access strictly to automate workflows specified by the server administrator (e.g., local file backups, task synchronization, calendar reminders, or automated email notifications).

3. Data Storage and Retention

• Local Processing: All data retrieved via Google APIs is processed locally on the host machine or self-hosted server environment.
• No Third-Party Sharing: No data, tokens, or personal information are sold, transmitted, or shared with external third parties or remote analytics services.
• Token Security: Access and refresh tokens are stored securely in local configuration files or encrypted environment variables on the host system.

4. User Rights and Access Revocation

Access can be revoked at any time by clearing the local authentication credentials or by removing application permissions via Google Security Settings.
